The RJT (Ring Joint Type) union is the most popular hygienic union used in the UK. They are used in a variety of applications, most commonly in brewing and food and beverage industries.
The union consists of four parts- a nut (304 stainless steel), pressed or machined liner (316 stainless steel), a weld male (316 stainless steel) and a joint ring (Nitrile as standard). It is available in sizes 1”-4”.
